The Housing Forum brought together leaders, policy experts, and union members directly impacted by the region’s affordable housing crisis and not included in the Governor’s task force to engage in a conversation to begin articulating priorities for housing.

Katie Dachtler wins Grand Forks City Council seat

Katie Dachtler won the Grand Forks City Council election in Ward 2, beating her opponent Mark Rustad with 59.16 percent of the vote Tuesday, according to unofficial, preliminary results.

‘Not a representation of our community’: Fargo commission remains all-male despite several women candidates

FARGO – Another election cycle has passed with no women winning seats on the all-male Fargo City Commission. Three women – Arlette Preston, Linda Boyd and Liz Maddock-Johnson – campaigned but were unsuccessful in Tuesday’s election.
